Atomic HR is seeking a senior Trust & Compliance product leader to own the strategy for the Trust layer: security, privacy, compliance and auditability integral to the software. You will drive the trust transformation, align requirements with business needs, and coordinate across product, engineering and operations.

You will manage audits, evidence collection, and external security responses, shaping governance and continuous control improvements while guiding the organization toward compliant,

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience owning security, privacy, trust or compliance programs in software.
• Experience with regulated environments (government, healthcare, Medicaid or similar).
• Knowledge of SOC 2, NIST 800-series controls, HIPAA and related standards.
• Proven track record leading audits, security questionnaires and remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Trust Transformation across product, engineering and operations.
• Translate regulatory and customer requirements into product and operational specs.
• Own the Trust & Compliance Program, policies and evidence management.
• Lead audits, assurance programs and third-party security assessments.
• Be the external trust lead for customer security and compliance inquiries.
