Atomic HR is seeking a senior trust and compliance leader to own the strategy for our Trust layer. This role blends product leadership with deep security and privacy expertise, shaping how the platform enforces controls and meets regulatory requirements.

You will drive day-to-day governance across SOC 2, NIST and HIPAA, lead audits and questionnaires, and collaborate with product and engineering to embed compliance into the default path. This is a remote role within the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on experience owning security, privacy, trust or compliance programs.
• Experience in regulated environments such as government or healthcare.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, NIST 800-series and HIPAA.
• Proven track record leading audits and security questionnaires.
• Strong product management skills: requirements, prioritization and delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and controls.
• Based in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Trust Transformation across Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery and operations.
• Turn regulatory and privacy requirements into actionable product and technical specs.
• Own the Trust and Compliance program day-to-day and roadmap.
• Coordinate audits, vulnerability assessments and vendor risk reviews.
• Represent the company to government agencies and health plans.
• Drive reusable, software-enforced controls to default compliant paths.
