Atomic HR is seeking a senior Trust & Compliance leader to own strategy and requirements for the Trust layer. You will run the program day-to-day, collaborating with product and engineering to embed security, privacy, and auditability.

You will coordinate SOC 2 and other audits, respond to security questionnaires, and guide risk remediation while shaping a company-wide trust transformation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience owning security, privacy, trust or compliance programs in software.
• Experience in regulated environments such as government, healthcare or Medicaid.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, NIST 800-series controls and related standards.
• Track record leading audits, security questionnaires and remediation.
• Strong product management with cross-functional delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Trust Transformation across Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery and operations.
• Own the compliance roadmap and translate requirements into actionable work.
• Coordinate audits, external assessments and evidence collection.
• Be the primary external trust lead for customers and vendors.
• Build reusable, software-enforced controls to make compliance the default path.
