Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to provide first-rate service at our locations. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and secure purchase orders while ensuring accurate quotes for customers.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication, and previous cashier/customer service experience. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions, and prepare quotes for customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms; ensure customer safety.
• Provide excellent service, upsell products, and help travelers return to the road.
