TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to provide top-notch service. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and coordinate purchase orders while delivering accurate quotes. You will source parts, coordinate delivery, and manage end-of-shift reports to ensure smooth operations.

Strong cash handling and customer service experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license. Expect a dynamic schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and integrity.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Order; secure Purchase Orders; prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; understand various payment types.
• Ensure the cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain the safety of both customers and team members.
