Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to join our nationwide TA Truck Service team. You will write work orders, process OTC transactions, and use product knowledge to help customers and get travelers back on the road safely.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, basic computer skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.
• Presents self professionally to customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare quotes and communicate with customers.
• Ensure cleanliness of service counters and showroom.
• Maintain safety of customers and team members.
