TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to serve customers with product knowledge and OTC transactions across our nationwide network. You will write work orders, process payments, and coordinate quotes to keep travelers on the road.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cashier or customer service preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write and process work orders and OTC transactions; prepare quotes.
• Source parts from external vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and handle payment types.
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom and restrooms.
• Ensure customer and team member safety.
