Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to join our nationwide Truck Service team. You will write and process Work Orders and OTC transactions, secure purchase orders, and communicate quotes to customers.

You will also source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery while delivering courteous, high-quality service to travelers. The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair/parts shop experience preferred.
• Present yourself professionally to customers, management, and coworkers.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift report; communicate shift outcomes.
• Ensure cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms.
• Maintain safety of customers and team members.
