Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to provide first-rate service, write work orders, and handle OTC transactions. You will leverage your product knowledge and strong selling skills to generate revenue while ensuring traveler safety and satisfaction.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, prior cashier and customer service experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred; repair or parts shop experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and operate computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare quotes and communicate with customers.
• Source parts from vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean and organized service counters and showroom.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
• Handle end-of-shift drop and shift reports; manage payments.
