Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order processing.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Orders and secure Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate parts sourcing from outside vendors and arrange delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift reports; understand payment types.
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom, and customer restrooms; ensure safety of staff and customers.
