TravelCenters of America in the United States is hiring a Truck Service Advisor to deliver first-rate service. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and manage quotes and purchase orders to keep travelers on the road.

You’ll source parts, coordinate deliveries, and maintain cleanliness and safety at counters and showroom. Strong communication, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and prior cashier or customer service experience are required; nights, weekends, and some

Qualifications

• Cashier and customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform suggestive selling to generate revenue.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités
