TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor to deliver first‑rate service to truck drivers and motorists. You will write and process work orders, assist with OTC transactions, and coordinate parts from vendors while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

A valid license and basic computer skills are required. The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional presentation, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a busy maintenance shop

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.
• Strong suggestive selling skills and integrity are important.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Secure Purchase Orders and prepare quotes for customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain clean service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Ensure safety of customers and team members.
