TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor to provide first-rate service with extensive product knowledge and strong suggestive selling skills. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and coordinate parts sourcing while maintaining a neat service area.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, good communication, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and some holidays is needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Presents self in a professional manner to customers, management, and coworkers.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• A valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; Understand various payment types.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of service counters, showroom, and restrooms.
• Maintain safety of customers and team members.
