Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Truck Service Advisor to provide high-quality customer service, process work orders, manage OTC transactions, and quote requests. You will coordinate parts sourcing, handle payments, and maintain a clean, safe service area across our truck service operations.

The role requires strong communication, prior cashier or service experience, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong customer service and cash handling experience.
• Experience with OTC transactions and basic computer use is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Write and process work orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare quotes to customers and secure purchase orders.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service counters and showroom.
• Assist in end-of-shift reporting and handle various payment types.
