Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. We are seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, coordinate repairs, and assist with warranty documentation.

You will estimate costs, schedule work with foremen, and help ensure timely service delivery. Qualifications include CDL (preferred), at least 4 years in related field, strong customer relations, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• CDL (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.
• Computer experience (preferred).
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Good leadership abilities.
• Must have a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers openly and friendly; coordinate repair requests.
• Estimate repair costs within set guidelines and assist with warranty documentation.
• Coordinate repair orders with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for task assignment.
• Maintain shop and office area; input repair order data and close orders.
• Advise customers on needed service work and upsell related services.
• Participate in training to stay current on technical and warranty issues.
