Coastal Waste & Recycling is hiring a Scale Attendant to manage truck scale operations, process customer transactions, and maintain precise records at our Brooksville facility. You will verify materials, payments, and account details while guiding customers on disposal procedures and facility rules.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior scale or cash-handling experience is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in customer service, admin support, cashiering, transportation, logistics, dispatch, scale operations, or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Responsabilidades

• Operate computerized truck scale systems to process inbound/outbound vehicles.
• Verify customer information, accounts, materials, and documentation.
• Process scale tickets, invoices, and cash/credit/other payments.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting docs.
• Provide disposal guidance and advise on accepted materials and pricing.
• Communicate with Operations leadership and dispatch to support daily runs.
• Keep scale house clean, organized, and professional.
