Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a Scale Attendant in Brooksville, FL. The role focuses on operating the truck scale system, processing customer transactions, verifying materials, and maintaining precise records to ensure smooth post-collection operations.

The successful candidate will deliver friendly, professional service, handle payments, and support safety and efficiency across our facilities. Prior scale experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualificações

• One or more years of experience in customer service, administrative support, cashiering, transportation, logistics, dispatch, scale operations, or another customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Operate computerized truck scale systems to accurately process inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Verify customer information, account details, material types, and transaction documentation.
• Process scale tickets, receipts, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
• Collect payments and process cash, credit card, check, and account transactions when applicable.
• Provide customers with guidance on disposal procedures, accepted materials, pricing, and facility operations.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with Operations leadership, Facility Traffic Coordinators, Dispatch, and equipment operators to support daily operations.
