Job summary

You will diagnose multi-system issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support drivers on routes. A safety-sensitive, union position with competitive wages is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
• Experience with heavy-duty trucks or equivalent equipment desired.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains vehicle components and systems, performing preventative and repair maintenance.
• Repair chassis, refuse bodies, braking, HVAC, suspension, drive train, and steering systems.
• Safely provides road service when required and completes company training programs.
• Identifies malfunctions using electronic tools and participates in ongoing training.
