Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician B to repair and service diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis, refuse bodies, hydraulic and air braking systems, HVAC, suspension and drive trains. The role includes on-site and road service, basic tire work, and ongoing training in new technologies.

Formación

• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues with technical expertise.
• Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
• Experience with maintenance on heavy-duty trucks or similar equipment.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair vehicle components and systems on-site and on-road.
• Perform basic line maintenance welding and fabrication.
• Repair chassis, refuse bodies, braking systems, suspensions, drivetrains and HVAC.
• Safely provide road service and return equipment to operation.
• Complete company training programs and follow safety policies.
