Job summary

Reserv is seeking highly organized Transportation Physical Damage Claims Adjusters to join our remote-first team. You will speak to customers, educate them through the claims process, and manage an inventory of cases to drive timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with clients and attorneys. A state license, 5 years commercial TPD claim experience, and a willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; otherwise considered with strong qualifications.
• Active adjuster license (resident-state or DHS) and willingness to obtain others.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial transportation claims, ideally interstate.
• Knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions and standard procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication and continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to policyholders and claimants by initiating investigations and resolving claims.
• Gather information, explain policy coverage and action steps.
• Manage an inventory of claims, establish reserves and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate repair of damaged vehicles and rental reimbursements.
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Work with outside investigators, clients and counsel to resolve claims.
• Contribute to ongoing development of guidelines and best practices.
