Rutgers University—Newark seeks a dynamic Program Coordinator II to lead TRIO services and youth programming for 6th–12th graders. You will oversee documentation, data tracking, and community outreach, while collaborating with partners to enhance student experiences.

Role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in school or youth development settings; occasional weekend work and hybrid scheduling are possible within university policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, human/youth development, school counseling, or social work.
• Minimum 3 years (90 credits) of related college studies and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two+ years' experience in a pre-college program with youth aged 12–18.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate TRIO program services and related activities.
• Oversee program documentation and data entry.
• Track services and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate outreach and engage with community partners.
• Facilitate cross-program collaborations.
• Assist Program Manager with hiring of part-time staff.
• Develop TRIO curriculum for academic year, Saturday and Summer sessions.
