Baker Tilly is growing its Consulting practice and seeks a Manager to deliver ongoing accounting services and grant management for Tribal government clients. You will perform monthly closings, grants reporting, and financial reporting to key decision makers across engagements.

You will develop policies, work with clients to improve processes, coordinate audits, and help grow the practice. Occasional travel to client sites and firm trainings is expected; strong communication and collaboration are

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in government or not-for-profit settings.
• Experience with grants management, financial accounting, and accounts payable helpful.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem solving for client service.

Responsabilidades

• Performs accounting, grants management, grant reporting, and financial reporting for Tribal governments.
• Prepares deliverables and ensures timely client outputs.
• Develops policies on key accounting matters and improves processes.
• Collaborates with clients to define new workflows and procedures.
• Assists with audits and supports practice growth.
