Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, including government or not-for-profit work.
• Experience in grants management, financial accounting, and grants reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing, grants management, grant reporting, and financial reporting to key decision makers.
• Prepare polished client deliverables and ensure timely submissions.
• Develop policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Collaborate with clients to improve processes and update policies and procedures.
• Lead project start-up activities and coordinate audit readiness with clients.
• Assist in growing the practice and review team outputs for accuracy.
• Travel to client sites or trainings as needed (10–15%).
