• Performs operational, accounting, and consulting services for Tribal governments, including monthly closing, grants management, grant reporting, and financial reporting to key decision makers.
• Prepares polished deliverables for clients and ensures timely client deliverables.
• Develops policies and procedures on key accounting matters.
• Collaborates with clients to understand current practices, identifies improvements, and helps update policies.
• Performs project startup activities, follows work plans, adheres to schedules, and attends kickoff meetings.
• Coordinates with clients during the audit process and assists in audit preparation.
• Assists with business growth and coordinates with the team to ensure quality work.
• Reviews the work of self and team for accuracy.
• Travel to client locations, firm trainings, or industry conferences when required.
