Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a full-time Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with management on hiring needs and work priorities. The role requires strong leadership, field experience, and the ability to manage time, resources, and customer relations on job sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and symbols for lines and voltages.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders from a General Foreperson/Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining of crew.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners for required work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and effective use of personnel and equipment.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and crew performance.
