Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Crew Foreperson in Minnesota to lead daily crew operations, ensure safety standards, and coordinate field activities with management and property owners.

You will train crew members, troubleshoot on-site issues, and maintain reports while upholding company policies and OSHA guidelines. A valid driver’s license and ability to work at height are required.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols; able to follow orders and enforce safety policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to field requirements.
• Proficient in coordinating daily crew work and training.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns daily crew work after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and re-training for crew members.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Coordinates with property owners on access and work scope.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports of crew activities.
• Keeps vehicles and tools in good working condition.
