Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, plan work, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. You will train crew members, coordinate tasks with management, and ensure timely, compliant completion of assignments.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work under varied field conditions. A valid driver's license is required, with full-time, non-exempt employment and hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Possess organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Capable of adjusting to field requirements and take independent action without close supervision.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per company policy and OSHA specifications.
• Discusses access and work-related issues with property owners; refers complex cases to supervisor.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports for crew operations.
• Maintains crew costs and efficient use of resources.
• Furnishes reports of orders completed and crew activity.
