Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber Crew Foreperson to lead daily tree-trimming operations, coordinate crew assignments, and enforce safety protocols on job sites in Minnesota. You will train crew members, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining customer relations.

The role requires strong leadership, field experience, and the ability to manage crew performance, equipment, and safety standards in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read drawings and symbols representing lines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Capable of independent action in field without close supervision.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for new or revised tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per policies.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners and maintains customer relations.
• Maintains accurate crew records, timesheets, and reports.
• Controls crew costs and efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Carries out Trimmer/Climber tasks as required.
