Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, plan workload, and enforce safety standards on job sites. You will coordinate with management on staffing, training, and deadlines while maintaining strong customer relations and proper documentation of crew activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols for lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Ability to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Weight limit around 300 pounds for safety.
• No fear of heights.
• Occasional travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns daily work after receiving orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Communicates with property owners about access and scope.
• Obtains permissions to perform work.
• Maintains customer relations through professional execution.
• Prepares reports on work completed and crew performance.
• Coordinates with management and utility reps as needed.
• Inspects equipment and maintains housekeeping on trucks and site.
