Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations and coordinate with management on hiring needs and safety protocols. You will mentor crew members, oversee training, and ensure timely completion of tasks with a focus on safety and customer relations.

The role requires CDL, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to field conditions, with travel for storm work included. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action without close supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to travel for storm work.

Mansioni

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with property owners.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Promotes good customer relations through effective completion of assigned work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew operation reports.
• Controls crew costs and effective use of resources.
• Furnishes reports of orders completed and crew times.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets or driveways.
• Sets up barriers and safeguards to protect workers and the public.
• Inspects and arranges repairs to tools and equipment.
• Maintains housekeeping on the truck and work site.
• DOT maintenance/inspection on vehicles.
