Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, ensure safety, and coordinate work with management. You will train staff, handle customer communication, and maintain records and reports.

The role requires CDL attention, the ability to travel for storm work, and strong leadership in a fast-paced field setting. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to adapt to field requirements and work independently.
• Must be able to travel for storm work.
• CDL may be required per role.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining, instructing crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Discusses issues with property owners regarding access, interruptions, or damage; refers complex cases to the General Foreperson.
• Obtains permissions from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains customer relations and reports on orders completed and crew time.
