Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise a crew, ensure safe productivity, and coordinate daily operations in the field. The role involves training crew members, operating and maintaining equipment, and communicating with the General Foreperson.

Candidates should have leadership experience, the ability to assess tree work, and a strong commitment to safety. This position requires long hours, site travel as needed, and driving an approved company vehicle.

Competenze

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines/voltages and equipment.
• Able to identify tree and shrub species.
• Able to climb and work from ladders/heights on uneven surfaces.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Must safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Willing to work long hours and overtime, including holidays and weekends.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for crew after orders from General Foreperson.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools.
• Trims/removes trees, drops branches, and loads/unloads trucks.
• Provide field training and ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain records, reports, and customer communications.
