Job summary

The Foreperson will monitor job sites, manage access and timelines, and report incidents as needed. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to travel for storm work. CDL is required.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and clean driving record.
• Able to travel for storm work.
• 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership and field training ability.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Maintains crew records and reports on performance.
• Communicates with property owners on access and issues.
