Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations, coordinate crews, manage training, and enforce safety standards under supervision.

You will plan workloads, supervise crew, interact with customers, maintain records, and ensure DOT and equipment compliance. This full-time role requires CDL, strong leadership, and travel for storm work; competitive benefits and retirement plan offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work after orders from supervisors.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforce safe work practices and safety training per policies and OSHA.
• Interact with property owners/customers to coordinate access and work scope.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and work completed.
