Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols, and mentor team members on site. The role involves troubleshooting job-site issues and ensuring effective communication with customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and a CDL. Expect field training duties, on-site supervision, and travel for storm work with a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel for storm work and on-site assignments.
• CDL required; able to drive an approved company vehicle.
• Ability to interpret drawings/symbols and ensure safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners and coordinates with customers.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports; monitors costs and resources.
• Furnishes reports to forepersons and supervisors; coordinates incident follow-ups.
