Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber (DL Required) to trim, top, and reshape trees to maintain safety around utility lines. The role involves operating equipment, defending against hazards, and coordinating with customers and local authorities. Must be able to climb, work in varying weather, and pass pre-employment checks.

Full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive hourly wage. Benefits are available based on tenure and location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• No fear of heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service tools and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into woodchipper.
• Set up barriers and signs to protect workers and public.
• Maintain truck and work area cleanliness and safety.
