Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber (DL Required) to trim, tops, and reshape trees to provide clearance for utility powerlines. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with benefits depending on tenure and location.

The essential duties include operating tools, loading debris, maintaining safety, and coordinating with customers and emergency services as needed. A valid driver's license is required, and pre-employment checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No fear of heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination.
• Able to walk, climb and work from ladders, at various heights and on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up debris and loads into trucks.
• Sprays areas to prevent further growth.
• Relays hand-signals, directs traffic, and assists with safety.
