Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber (DL Required) to trim, tops, and reshape trees around utility powerlines. This full-time, on-site position requires the ability to climb, operate tools, and work in varying weather conditions. Position offers hourly pay and safety-focused training.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, loading debris, and maintaining job sites while ensuring public safety and collaboration with local authorities and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No fear of heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination.
• Able to climb and work from ladders at various heights and surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees and branches.
• Operates and services required tools and equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Sleeves and sprays areas to prevent regrowth.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Feeds brush into woodchipper.
• Maintains equipment and work areas.
