Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Dallas, TX seeks a Tree Care Service (TCS) Business Developer to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. You’ll collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of mid-to-senior level B2B selling, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel. It’s a field-based, hybrid position combining office work with client-facing activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certifications.
• 3–5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling in a large territory.
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contracts desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM/SFA familiarity beneficial.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative methods to build long-standing relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with account managers.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, demos, and negotiations.
• Network to increase new tree care service accounts; meet sales goals.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams.
