Addison Group is seeking a Tree Care Business Developer in Manteca, CA. You will sell and estimate Tree Care Services across regional territories, prospect new clients, and collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to meet sales targets.

The role requires extensive B2B selling experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ISA certification. Travel, CRM usage, and a proactive, results-driven attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• ISA Certification required.
• Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience in mid-to-senior levels, 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Perform prospecting to build relationships and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and negotiations with minimal supervision.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams.
