Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry.
• Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices and tree species.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive on-site evaluations.
• Develop and present customized proposals.
• Collaborate with operations teams for project execution.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Recommend additional tree care services.
