Air Comfort, Inc in Alabama seeks a motivated Sales Arborist to drive growth through client relationships, site assessments, and expert tree care recommendations. This role blends arboriculture expertise with sales and business development skills.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, pursuing new business, conducting site assessments, creating tailored proposals, coordinating with operations, maintaining CRM records, and upselling services to maximize revenue.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification required.
• Proven sales record in tree/landscape industry.
• Strong arboriculture knowledge and tree species familiarity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
• Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to identify tree care needs and recommend services.
• Develop and present tailored proposals and bids addressing client requirements.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and progress.
• Upsell additional tree care services to maximize revenue.
