Heartwood Tree Care in Asheville, NC is seeking a Sales Arborist to generate new business and maintain client relationships. You will assess tree care needs, provide expert recommendations, and propose integrated solutions for pruning, removal, fertilization, and pest management.

Responsibilities include client consultations, site assessments, creating detailed estimates, CRM documentation, and collaboration with operations to ensure quality service.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in arboriculture, tree care sales, or related field.
• Certifications: ISA Certified Arborist or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

• Client Consultation: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand tree care needs and provide professional advice.
• Sales Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Estimations and Proposals: Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals for tree care services.
• Site Assessments: Conduct site assessments to evaluate tree/landscape conditions and recommend treatments.
