Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative in Charlotte, NC. You will visit client properties, assess tree and shrub care needs, and provide scientific recommendations to grow our client base.

The role combines sales, service, and technical arboriculture in a professional environment. You will meet with clients daily, develop proposals, and ensure work is completed according to contracts while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and client relationship management experience is valuable.
• Knowledge of tree care and pest/disease identification is expected.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, and provide customer service within a defined territory.
• Meet with residential and commercial clients daily to assess tree and shrub care needs.
• Prepare and present proposals using sales tools and technologies.
• Supervise work to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
• Set and pursue sales goals in coordination with supervisor.
• Enforce safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.
