Tree Specialists is seeking a Sales Arborist to combine tree-care expertise with sales acumen. You will assess client properties, propose tailored care plans, and develop persuasive proposals to win new business.

As a primary contact, you’ll nurture relationships while coordinating with operations to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines. The role emphasizes field assessments, proactive networking, and ongoing account development, with a focus on delivering value through expert

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist status or ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
• Demonstrated sales success in tree care or landscape industries.
• Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree health, and care techniques.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in arboriculture/forestry/horticulture or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary contact for tree care needs.
• Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, and community involvement.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate tree health and care needs.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and bids.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure project alignment with client expectations and timelines.
• Track sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for additional tree care services to support growth.
