Job summary

TreeWiseMen is seeking a Sales Arborist to assess clients' tree care needs, recommend solutions, and generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities include meeting with customers, preparing estimates, conducting site assessments, and maintaining CRM records to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of arboriculture or tree care sales experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tree health, biology and care practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, self-motivated and results driven.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
