Job summary

Responsibilities include site assessments, presenting estimates for pruning, removal, fertilization, and pest management, and maintaining CRM records. ISA certification is preferred or obtainable within 6 months; Bachelor's in related field is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in arboriculture, tree care sales, or a related field.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tree health, biology, and care practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results driven.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
