Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of arboriculture or related sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, pruning, tree health, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to generate and close sales opportunities.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess tree care needs and prepare proposals.
• Perform site inspections and recommend pruning, removals, health care, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Educate customers on proper tree care and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and secure new business.
