Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for the branch to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role drives cost-effective processes, manages labor planning, procurement, and equipment, and collaborates across departments to meet financial targets.

The position emphasizes process optimization, vendor management, and delivering high-quality customer service, with strong emphasis on safety and compliance in a fast-paced landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in landscape or business.
• 7+ years of experience in construction or landscaping; 2–3 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.
• Execute weekly and monthly labor planning; monitor expenses and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Source products, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor deliveries to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations; manage risk and audits.
