Job summary

Carr’s Tree Service in Minnesota is seeking crew members to perform tree care operations, equipment handling, and site cleanup for utility, residential, and government projects. You will follow safety policies, use PPE, and work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.

The role involves pruning, trimming, removal, ground operations, and emergency response as needed. Training and advancement opportunities are available; CDL and related licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, safety‑oriented, and able to work well within a team.
• Able to meet the physical demands and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations, plus ground work.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and brush mowers safely.
• Assist climbers with rigging systems and aerial work.
• Interact professionally with property owners and officials.
